If any individual is accused of racist behavior, their place of employment or the businesses they run can be flagged by Yelp to discourage customers from shopping there.
Yelp says the reasaon for this is to prevent an influx of reviews related to the issue, but we're not dumb. We all know what the effects will be.
If these Yelp warnings end up on your business, I encourage you to seek legal action against Yelp for defamation and loss of revenue.
